The minimum fee is £450,000 of which half must be paid now, and the rest within 6 months.
£50,000 more will be paid after Dan has made 20 appearances for Leeds, with an extra £50,000 at both 40 & 60 appearances. Meaning a minumum £600,000 payment once the 60 appearances are made.
A further £150,000 should Leeds win promotion to the Premiership during the lenght of Dan's current contract (3 years)
A further £100,000 should Dan win a full England International cap.
That makes a potential £850,000.
On top of this there is a 20% sell-on clause.
