Veteran forward Nicky Forster returns to Brighton after being axed by boss Gus Poyet for claiming he had been transfer-listed.
Defender Colin Hawkins remains the only absentee for the Seagulls following his recent heel operation.
Leeds manager Simon Grayson told BBC Radio Leeds:
"They're a good team - just because they're at the wrong end of the table doesn't mean it's a guaranteed three points.
"People might have looked that we had Walsall, Brighton and Oldham coming up and thought that we had a guaranteed nine, but it doesn't happen like that.
"Gus will have them organised, looking for points to get them out of the bottom four area and Gus will enjoy coming back to Elland Road for the first time."
Brighton manager Gus Poyet told BBC Sussex:
"It's going to be very special because I had a great time there. I know it's going to be difficult for me.
"We need to take our chances at the right time and of course not make any mistakes at the back."
