Leicester midfielder Astrit Ajdarevic has linked up with Brighton for a trial. The Sweden Under-19 international was set to feature for the League One club in a reserve game against QPR on Wednesday night but the match was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. Ajdarevic, a member of Liverpool's FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2007, played a supporting role as City returned to the Championship by lifting the League One title last season. He made five substitute appearances but boss Nigel Pearson saw enough to offer the Kosovan-born midfielder a one-year deal.
